Resurfacing 50mm
- Area to be repaired is demarcated and confirmed at
site with the Engineer representative.
- The milling of key joint shall as shown in the
following diagram.
- The milling procedure shall be done as mentioned in
2.3.A.
- Subsequently, tack coat (or other surface coating as
per scope of works) shall be applied as per specifications.
- 50mm thick of ACWC is then laid and compacted.
- Compaction shall follow the rolling pattern
established during the trial lay.
- The laid material is to be let to cure for minimum
of 6 hours and during this duration the lane is to be closed from traffic.
